Absence Requests

Concert Attendance is mandatory and is the equivalent of taking a test in any other class. It is therefore a very large part of your grade. Please contact me at least 2 weeks prior to a concert your child cannot attend. A make-up assignment will be given at the discretion of the director for excused absences only.

Concert Grading
- Unexcused Absence - 0%
- Excused Absence with Completed Make-Up Assignment - Exempt Grade
- Concert Attended - 100%
■ Points may be deducted for inappropriate behavior or tardiness.
