If you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive an invoice for your space from Square via Small Town Productions. Your space is not confirmed until your invoice is paid in full. All invoices will be due within 48 hours of issuance, but will remain payable until the event (or your category) is filled.

Food/Beverage Truck: $100 Outdoors, no access to water or electricity
Expected Attendance: 500-1,000

Event Vision: This event is for our moms! Moms and children, moms and friends, moms and dads should attend this event together to shop, be pampered, and celebrate Mother's Day! Vendor presentations must be organized and aesthetically pleasing.
By submitting this form and applying to this event, you agree to the following:
1.) I understand the presentation of my business must be clean and organized.
2.) I understand that I am obligated to be open for business at this market for its entire duration.
3.) I understand that all fees are final and 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. No fees will be refunded for any unforeseen circumstances.
4.) I agree that I must have ALL required permits and licenses to sell my products and the sale of my products is legal.
5.) I understand that I may be removed from this market at any time and for any reason by Small Town Productions without reimbursement.
6.) I understand that Small Town Productions and The Warehouse (and their employees/partners/coordinators) are not responsible for any stolen, missing, broken, or damaged product.
7.) I understand that Small Town Productions and The Warehouse (and their employees/partners/coordinators) are not responsible for any injuries or accidents involving myself, my property or my customers and their property while attending, setting up for, or tearing down from this event.
8.) I understand that during my participation in this event, myself, my products, and my customers may be photographed or recorded for purposes of promotion by Small Town Productions.
9.) I will have a good attitude, a teamwork mentality, and understand I must be completely packed and out of the space by the end of the allowed teardown time.
