If you are interested in your student(s) attending any or all Intersessions during the school year please fill out this form or the paper form sent home in your child's Thursday folder.  ONE FORM PER STUDENT.  You will be contacted about final registration at a later date prior to each Intersession to confirm interest and information provided.
