Please fill out the following form for EACH test you would like to take.

If you are trying to test out of an entire year of a course, please sign up for Parts A and B.

A $10 deposit is due to hold your spot(s) for test out. Once you take the test(s), this deposit will be returned to you. Your deposit can be turned into Mrs. Blevins in the Main Office. If you do not show up for your assigned test out(s), your $10 deposit will not be returned to you.

A textbook for the test out course may be checked out from the CJHS Main Office. A separate $50 refundable deposit is required on each textbook (set) checked out. All textbooks are due back to the CJHS Main Office the day of test out. Checks need to be made out to Clarkston Junior High School. Students return book(s) to the CJHS Main Office where the student’s deposit check will be returned to them.
NOTE:  There is not a book available for 8th grade Health.  

All study guides are available by going to the Clarkston Junior High Website, click on "Counseling" and then click on the TEST OUT tab.
 
Students have 90 minutes to complete each semester test. Bring a pencil, calculator if taking a math Test Out and your fully-charged Chromebook.

A score of 78% or higher must be obtained to receive credit on the transcript. If a student successfully tests out of a course, the student will receive credit on the transcript, no grade will be given. If a student successfully tests out for credit recovery, the original grade stays on the transcript, but credit is granted.

CJHS Counselor will contact the students with test out results.

All tests will begin promptly at 2:45 PM.
