Pine Ridge Prep. Preschool Academic/Enrichment Summer Camps Registration Form-2023
Thank you for your interest in having your student(s) participate in our Pine Ridge Prep Preschool Academic/Enrichment Summer Camp 2023. This camp is offered for students currently attending Pine Ridge Prep Preschool. It will take place at Pine Ridge Prep Preschool located at 1110 SE Highland Ave.

There may be opportunities for your child to participate in a field trip or other activity during Summer Camps. Please click on the link to fill out the permission slip, print it and bring it on the first day of your child's Summer Camp, https://bit.ly/3YHDBJf.  

Summer Camps Dates:
Week 1-4 = June 5-June 29 Monday-Thursday

Summer Camps Schedule:
Breakfast = 8:00-8:30
Camp Sessions = 8:30-11:30
Lunch = 11:30-12:00
Pick-up/Dismissal = 12:00

NOTE: You will need to fill out this form separately for each preschool student you are registering. Once you finish registering and submit the form, please note the confirmation that appears immediately. Registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

All preschool students must have attended preschool during the 2022-2023 school year AND must be fully toilet-trained to attend. There will be no exceptions.

Transportation will NOT be provided for summer camp at Pine Ridge Prep. Preschool.
