To assist you in completing this application, please note the following policies of the London Jewish Community Foundation Grants Committee which form the basis for allocation decisions:
a) There has to be a demonstrated need or value to the Jewish Community of London for the project. Preference will be given to programs or projects that strengthen Jewish identity and continuity.

b) Where possible, there should be measurable objectives for the project and results should be evaluated with a final report written and submitted to LJC Foundation.

c) The funds may be allocated to a group or organization in London that engages in charitable, religious or educational purposes. An individual may also receive funding for a project or program that serves charitable, religious or educational purposes.

d) The project/event for which funding is sought cannot take place within eight weeks following the deadline for Grant Applications.

In describing your project, please provide the following information:
1. Information about the Project
  - A statement of goals and objectives and the perceived benefits to the community.
  - A description of the targeted population, and how many people will be affected.
  - An outline of how the completed project will be evaluated.
  - A timetable for the project, including the project start date, the events to occur, and the completion date.
  - How would your project be affected if your organization did not receive funding
  - Please provide a list of other funding sources to which you have applied to support of this project
  - How will the London Jewish Community Foundation be recognized for its support of this project?
