WasabiCon 2021 Panel Submission
Thanks for your interest in submitting a panel for WasabiCon. As a fan-driven pop culture event, we look for programming and presentations that appeal to a wide range of interests. Our core focus, however, are the following topics:

ANIME, MANGA & ASIAN POP CULTURE
This can include a variety of indirectly related topics, too, such as K-pop, Western Animation and fashion.

COSPLAY
Cosplay is for everyone, so showcasing the culture in new creative ways sparks excitement. Topics from costume creation to maintaining your brand as a cosplayer are among potential discussion points.

GAMING, ANALOG
Presentations about board, card and all manner of tabletop games are welcome. This can range from the creative development process to demonstrations and more.

GAMING, DIGITAL
Video games are a massive part of modern entertainment. Topics here include everything from genres, platforms, streaming, cultural impact and more.

Panel Description *
Write this EXACTLY as you want it to appear in the con guide and website. Be descriptive and avoid talking about yourself ("the panel will present" instead of "we will present," etc.) Also, PLEASE CHECK YOUR GRAMMAR.
Tech Requirements
All panels rooms have a television or screen that you can plug a laptop into if needed. If you are using a MacBook, please bring your own adaptors to make sure you can connect correctly. Larger rooms will have a microphone and speaker, but smaller rooms may not. Please let us know the nature of the tech you will need for a successful presentation and we will do our best see what is available.
