TCS Walk-A-Thon & Family Picnic Lunch Order 2024
Use this form if you would like to order a Burger or Hot Dog lunch at the Walk-A-Thon & Family Picnic on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Russ Poppe Park. Proceeds will benefit the Walk-A-Thon fundraiser.

There are three options for meals (Hamburger, Cheeseburger, one or two Hotdogs) and the cost for each is $7 which will be billed later via FACTS. Each meal will come with choice of bag of chips and soft drink with condiments served on the side.

You may use one form to place orders for your entire family or party.

Pre-ordering guarantees you will receive a meal and helps us plan for enough food. We cannot ensure there will be extra food available to purchase on the day of the event for those that did not pre-order using this form. Families will be billed in FACTS financial according to this order form.

Orders will close Thursday, March 21 at 12:00pm noon.
