Thank you for your interest in the Edge In-School Coaching Program. We will be using this survey to assess student interest to participate in Sky Valley's Edge In-School coaching program. We will do our best to match qualified applicants based on coach availability.

*** PLEASE NOTE: This application must be completed in one sitting and cannot be saved.

Coaching is about helping students maximize their potential through their personal/educational/professional goals.

If selected, students will meet with a Sky Valley Edge Coach and have a discussion to align around interests of coaching and if it this is the right time for them to engage in coaching.

Students selected for coaching will meet with their coach every week for 15 minutes of coaching.

We ask both student and parent/guardian complete the application of interest below. Items marked for the student to complete will be marked STUDENT or PARENT/GUARDIAN.
