The undersigned, being an adult participant, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor participant, in the Full Moon Bike Ride at the Myriad Botanical Gardens in Oklahoma City hereby voluntarily and knowingly assumes the risks associated with the sport of biking, and further release from any liability the event organizers, sponsors, Myriad Gardens Foundation, The City of Oklahoma City, The Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust, their boards of directors and officers, volunteers, and staff. Participant/Parent-Guardian further grants permission to Myriad Gardens Foundation to use a photo or other likeness of myself or minor in all program promotion deemed appropriate and necessary by Myriad Gardens Foundation.
