Hire a 0.4 FTE (2 days OR 14 hours per week) Music or Art teacher - each SLVUSD program would have a period or class scheduled, similar to the way we do Garden
Spend the funds on a rotation of VAPA instructors throughout the year: E.g. 4 weeks of cartooning; 6 weeks of Folklorico - these would be offered as electives (Nature Academy) or extra curricular classes (Homeschool programs/high school)
