All funding requests must be submitted no later than two weeks in advance by an active club officer. All reimbursement requests require itemized receipts/invoices in order to be considered. Please allow one week for the CFR to be processed. Funding is not guaranteed.

Submit separate CFR forms if funds are being requested for multiple items. (Ex: Transportation and Lodging should be two separate funds requests)
