LGU Fall Rec Coach Application
Thank you for volunteering for our recreational program! It wouldn't be possible without dedicated, generous parents like you. Please answer the questions below to the best of your ability. Once we've confirmed your information, we will work on forming coaching pairs for each team. Expect to hear about your team assignments in late July or early August. Head coaches will have the opportunity to request specific practice days and time slots at that point.
