The Scientific Symposium of the International Committee on Cultural Routes (CIIC) of ICOMOS will be held next May 2023 and will be held in the cities of Florence (May 25 and 26) and Ravello (May 27) in Italy, with the sponsorship of the Romualdo del Bianco Foundation – Life Beyond Tourism, as well as the European University Center for Cultural Heritage (UNIVEUR) and ICOMOS Italy.

The symposium is divided into three sessions, in the first session the Cultural Routes for dialogue and sustainable development of Heritage will be discussed, in the second session topics will be addressed to initiate the update of the ICOMOS Charter on Cultural Routes, in the third session cultural development strategies for the north and south of the Mediterranean will be analyzed, considering the identification of possible cultural routes.

El Simposio Científico del Comité Internacional de Itinerarios Culturales (CIIC) de ICOMOS se realizará el próximo mes de mayo de 2023 y tendrá como sedes las ciudades de Florencia (25 y 26 de mayo) y Ravello-Salerno  (27 de mayo) en Italia, contando con el patrocinio de la Fundación Romualdo del Bianco – Life Beyond Tourism, así como el Centro Universitario Europeo para los Bienes Culturales (UNIVEUR) e ICOMOS Italia.

El simposio se encuentra dividido en tres sesiones, en la primera se tratarán los Itinerarios Culturales para el diálogo y el desarrollo sostenible del Patrimonio, en la segunda sesión se abordarán temáticas para iniciar la actualización de la Carta de ICOMOS sobre Itinerarios Culturales, en la tercera sesión se analizarán estrategias de desarrollo cultural para el norte y el sur del Mediterráneo, considerando la identificación de posibles itinerarios culturales.
