If an athlete finishes in the top nine at the state meet in any event, they are awarded all state in track and field. After submitting this form  a certificate will be shared to the email you enter, You can then print the certificate from that email account.  Please do not forward the certificate and then ask for access. this form will remain open until June 24, 2023.
