Over the years we have held various roles at other labels, management agencies, and booking agencies and in that time we have come to one very important conclusion:
Making the jump to a label or manager too soon can actually work against you.
A lot of artists think a label or manager is the solution to their problem of growing and standing out... when in reality, the truth is that most artists just need a little more education and guidance on how to do things better themselves.
A team can only amplify what's already there; it's up to YOU to build it into something worth amplifying.
We get dozens of submissions to our label every day, and
we get to listen to a lot of amazing music. Unfortunately, we just can't sign and invest into every artist that has music we enjoy.
Truthfully, not every artist needs our label... most of them just need some guidance and help to make sure they're doing things the "right way".

We've found that by spending a little more time developing artists via a services-based approach, we have been able to push artists to be either be (a) more desirable to labels - whether our own or others, or (b) on better footing to continue down a profitable DIY path.
