After you submit this form, please proceed to complete your registration by submitting your registration fee by e-transfer.
Here's the information to send the e-transfer (please note, when you submit this form, you'll get a copy of it emailed to you and this info will be in that email for you to refer to):
1. Log into your bank account online through your bank's website.
2. Go to Interac e-transfer (may be slightly different wording in your bank)
3. You will be asked for:
- RECIPIENT NAME – Click NEW RECIPIENT (The name of the New Recipient is "ESL")
- FROM WHICH ACCOUNT – Choose the account you'd like to pay from
- AMOUNT - $8.00 (per webinar)
- EMAIL ADDRESS:

*Note: If someone other than you is making the e-transfer, please have them put your name under MESSAGE.
4. You will receive a confirmation number from your bank and we will receive a confirmation number when the money is deposited. You have now completed your registration!
