2024 Farmers Market Entry Form
The 2024 Lincoln County Apple Festival is October 19th.

All booth spaces are sold in $25, 10x10 sections. Placement and arrangement of the the 10x10 section will be decided when all entry forms are received. Special requests are welcome and will be reviewed on an individual basis. 

If you wish to have more than four 10x10 spaces, you will need to get approval. Email us at lcapplefestival1972@gmail.com

HOLD HARMLESS & RULES & REGULATIONS AGREEMENT: 1. In consideration of being a vendor, service provider or participant in one or more events conducted by the Lincoln County Apple Festival, Inc. The undersigned agrees to indemnify, protect and save harmless the Lincoln County Apple Festival Inc., the Apple Festival board, the City of Lincolnton and Lincoln
County from all claims, liability or lawsuits, including reimbursement of attorney fees in defending such claims and damage to real or personal property which arises out of, or results from, the acts or omissions of the undersigned or resulting from the activities carried on by the undersigned and its employees, agents and representatives. I release the Lincoln County Apple
Festival, Inc. and producers of the event from any responsibility for theft, damage or loss.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES and acknowledge that I will abide by them. I understand that if I violate regulations, festival officials may apply a $50 fine and/or exclude my participation. Festival officials reserve the right to move a vendor as necessary for safety and traffic flow.
