OES Daily Take Home Meals (Week of 9/6/2021)

Take home meals will be available for students each day that they are in school for instruction. These bagged meals will be delivered to students' classrooms towards the end of the day, and students will be responsible for carrying these food items home. Please complete the form below ONLY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN YOUR CHILD RECEIVING TAKE HOME MEALS this week. Please complete a separate form for each child receiving a meal.
