Do you have an amazing idea for a presentation at PuchiCon NJ Pop Ups!? Tell us about it! Panels have 60-minute time slots, with possible extensions for larger events like concerts.
Please note that your application does not guarantee your acceptance. We take into consideration our room size and budget constraints, similar applications from other groups, popularity of the subject matter, and time/volunteer scheduling limitations.
Failure to appear for your panel may disqualify you from future applications to our convention. If your situation changes and you are unable to attend, please inform puchiconpanels@gmail.com & info@puchicon.com as soon as possible.
You are responsible for arranging your own transportation and lodging to the popup.
Merchandise may not be sold in any panels, nor will we accept any separately ticketed events. If you wish to sell items or services, please fill out a vendor application instead.

Applications will close 2 weeks prior to each pop up.Acceptances will be sent out shortly afterwards. Pay attention to the email you used to apply, as correspondence will be primarily through email. If you do not confirm your panel after it is accepted, we will move on to someone else in the wait list.
