本申請の内容を審査し、あなたのメールアドレスに審査結果をご連絡します。「使用可」という結果の場合、公式ロゴ画像の電子ファイルのダウンロード方法をお知らせします。また、本申請から使用目的が変わる（上記Q5～Q8の内容が変わる）場合は、再度本フォームにて使用許可申請を行って下さい。We will review your application and notify you of our decision by email. If the application is approved, we will tell you how to download the electronic file of the official logo image. In addition, if the purpose of use of the logo image changes from this application (i.e., the contents of Q5 to Q8 above), please apply for permission to use the logo again using this form.
