Please complete this form to start the process of reserving equipment for your home use. Each piece of equipment will come with a bundle of appropriate props and provides you access to member-rate pricing for private lessons ($75/each vs $90/each) and group classes ($99/mo unlimited vs $149/mo unlimited).

Terms & Conditions
All rentals will run month-to-month starting the date of delivery. Equipment will be available starting Monday, July 27. A damage deposit in the amount of 1 month's rental will be required to secure the rental as well as a valid credit card on file throughout the rental period.  

CORE will provide at least two weeks' notice when we need the equipment returned to the studio.  We anticipate most rentals being available through 8/31/2020. Partial months will be billed on a pro-rata basis. The client will be responsible for arranging return transport to the studio or CORE can arrange logistics for an additional fee.
