The SHIFT Workshop will bring together our community for three days of focused workshops to create a collaborative community project (or projects) with funding from the Tennessee Arts Commission to be implemented by 6/30/2024. The participants will be part of the Steering Committee to see the project or projects to completion. This is designed to be a completely community led initiative (making your ideas a reality). 

This workshop will be facilitated by Campbell County AIR SHIFT Facilitators Bradley Smiddy and John Vanover; with AIR SHIFT Facilitator Shannon Ford of the Tennessee Arts Commission.
