Do you sometimes struggle with feelings of anger and making positive decisions? This group will focus on increasing your ability to  manage anger effectively, identify sources of anger, resolve conflicts productively, and consider alternative solutions to a problem in order to experience more positive outcomes.

Meetings will be held once a week (Wednesdays) for 7 weeks 8:15 am - 9:00 am (MMR-A)

Grief/Loss: *

Have you experienced the loss of someone close to you?  This group is an opportunity to gain support from peers going through similar experiences.  It is an opportunity to learn about and work through your own grieving process while being supported by people who can relate.  We will focus on self-care, making sense of things, moving forward, and coping with the stress of your grief/loss.

Meetings will be held once a week (Wednesdays) for 7 weeks 9:15 am - 10:00 am (MMR - A)

Stress Management: *

Have you been feeling overwhelmed and stressed?  Are you having trouble alleviating your stressors?  This group will help you increase self-awareness, learn practical coping strategies, and learn how to effectively deal with the pressures of life.

Meetings will be held once a week (Wednesdays) for 7 weeks 10:15 am - 11:00 am (MMR - A)

Executive Functioning Skills:

We use these skills every day and throughout our lives.  The purpose of this group is to help students develop these skills: improving focus, getting started on a task, organization, planning & prioritizing, managing time, and dealing with stress.

Meetings will be held once a week for 7 weeks 1:05 pm - 1:45 pm  (Counseling Conference Room)
