Accounts for new MIS System
The proposed MIS requires new account to be created in a different Google tanant. Please provide the following information to enable access to this system.

Username can be a few characters such as a name or any other texts with or without numbers
(examples:  priyanthas or priyanthasiri1987)

For those who have an eng email account, username can be the same as of your xxxxx@eng.pdn.ac.lk account
