On a more serious note, we will meet the kit requirements (sensible for the weather conditions, preferably with a buff/hat and a taped, waterproof jacket as a minimum). Should the weather be very poor on the day, teams may be asked to run relay legs in pairs. *

You will be able to go back into this form to make amendments  where info is incorrect or where you need to change a team member for any reason. Please do not make changes after midnight on Friday 22nd October
