General Requirements
Below are the rules of the event. Please read them carefully before applying to make sure your business fits the requirements of the festival and that you, if approved, accept all of the rules and fees of our marketplace.
Approval Process
Approval for the marketplace (participation, location, and space) is based on a combination of 1) Historical Participation & Compliance, 2) Random Selection, and 3) Committee Review in order to help ensure a well balanced festival experience. We do our best to honor those who have participated in the past while also encouraging new vendor participation. The size of the festival footprint has been reduced over the years as a result of the 1) Milwaukee Streetcar (aka The Hop), 2) ongoing street changes (i.e. protected bike lanes), and production costs (costs are still too high for preinstalled tents), which has made it considerably more challenging to approve as many vendors as we'd like to. The first round of confirmations are anticipated to occur on or before March 29.
Lodging and RNC
For those traveling from outside of the Greater Milwaukee Area, we highly recommend booking refundable lodging now due to the Republican National Convention (July 15-18, 2024.) We anticipate that the convention will result in upwards of tens of thousands of additional patrons passing through the festival, but it will also have a significant impact on lodging availability and pricing.
Branded Tents, Services, and Food/Beverage Vendors
For those looking to feature a nationally branded product or service
