The institution will provide a venue (main hall plus 2 breakout rooms, if necessary) for the gathering of 100-150 delegates along with audiovisual equipment (projector, microphones, speakers, clickers, white board/charts) etc.
The institution will provide 2 servings of refreshments/tea plus lunch for all attendees.
The institution will provide five (5) student volunteers and one (1) teacher supervisor to help with venue logistics including: welcoming delegates, providing directions, answering questions, assisting with registration, etc., and other tasks as needed.
The institution will be primarily responsible to conduct outreach to high schools, universities, associated organizations in a ~50-km. radius to promote the event and encourage participation.
The institution may be requested to provide invitation letters to international attendees for supporting documentation as part of their visa application process to attend the event.
The institution will ensure there is relevant branding and signage at the venue.
We understand that this is a counseling-based event, with the purpose of professional development for counselors to learn from other counselors in the field. We understand that IC3/the organizers cannot guarantee a certain number of universities participating at the event.
