Texas Local Government Energy Manager Survey
The purpose of this brief survey is to determine the distribution of energy management responsibilities among local government entities in the State of Texas. The goal of this survey is to generate a broader understanding of local government energy managers to facilitate information sharing regarding free energy management resources available from the State Energy Conservation Office (https://comptroller.texas.gov/programs/seco/programs/local/).

The City Efficiency Leadership Council is an outreach and education program funded by the State Energy Conservation Office. We are a collaborative of cities, school districts, and other public entities across the state, engaged in sharing opportunities for partnership and resource exchange in an effort to expand the adoption of energy management best practices.
