Summer Volleyball Camp 2023
This camp is open to current Pleasant Valley Girls in 5th through 7th grade. Camp will be held at Pleasant Valley Intermediate School June 12th-16th. This camp is designed to improve volleyball skills, understanding of the game, and good sportsmanship. Camp will be held for all 5th-7th graders 12:30 to 4:00 each day.

The cost for each student is $25.00. The district is only able to accept cash for registration fees. Cash is due with registration. This form must be completed and money recieved by June 5, 2023.

By typing my name on this form I am giving my child permission to participate in volleyball camp at Pleasant Valley School. I understand that I must drop off and pick up my child on time. I understand that this is a closed camp and parent/guardians/family members are not premitted to stay and watch.  I understand that if my child is removed for bad behavior or poor sportmanship the $25 fee will not be refunded. I understand if my child misses a day or more of camp the $25 fee will not be refunded. While I expect school authorities to exercise reasonable precautions to avoid injury, I understand that the school assumes no financial obligation for any injury that may occur.
