Details about Exhibiting
- One 6' Table and Two Chairs will be provided. (More tables may be available upon request and additional fee.)
- Exhibitors are expected to promote AWARE BRONX at least three times on their social media channels and email marketing platforms. A social media and promotional package will be provided by helpNYC.
- Payment will be due by start of event. Exhibitors will be invoiced via PayPal and fee is payable via credit card, debit card, or business check.
- If an organization is wanting to register multiple programs for the event, each program must complete this form. (This does not apply to handing out multiple program literature/collateral items from a single organization table.)
