New Hampshire Youth Rugby is hosting Girls Rugby Day Sat. August 21st at 37 Hobbs Rd In North Hampton, NH.

This FREE clinic is open to 5th - 12th graders, with and without rugby experience. Participants will be grouped by age and experience.

The focus of the day is excelling at rugby fundamentals safely. Fundamentals like passing, communicating, moving forward in attack, taking away space in defense,  tackling, and rucking are things that always need maintenance, even Olympic players work on them! There will be plenty of non-contact opportunities for brand new players. It will be run in a clinic style and culminate in a series of 7s (maybe 10s?!) games.

Full contact games will only be open to participants who are actively registered with USA Rugby through their home team and deemed prepared to safely play by the coaching team present.

Touch rugby games will be open to all participants.
