Head Referee Fee Waiver
This waiver serves as application to have the fee for the Head Referee written test waived. Once the fee is waived and you are given access, you will have 4 attempts for the Head Referee written test.

In order to be eligible for the waiving of the fee, you MUST already hold both the Assistant Referee and Snitch Referee certifications under the IQA 2018-2020 Rulebook!

If you fill out this waiver and are granted free accress to the Head Referee written test, you forfeit your ability to hold the Head Referee certification under the IQA 2018-2020 rulebook. This has no effect on any other currently held certifications (Assistant Referee or Snitch Referee), they will stay in effect. Also, it has no effect on being able to get the Head Referee certification under the new IQA 2020-2022 Rulebook, once it becomes available.

Should the fee for the Head Referee written test not be waived (e.g. due to incorrectly specified information in this waiver) your entire reply will be considered void. This especially includes the forfeit of the ability to hold the Head Referee certification under the IQA 2018-2020 rulebook.

Once the fee is waived and access to the Head Referee written test has been granted, a withdrawal from this waiver application is no longer possible!
