Registration to the training "Rejection Stories"
This training will focus on how to work with young people in emotional crisis and how to use artistic expression in their work, encouraging young people to express their feelings through art and creativity.

🗓️Training date: 2-6 of November 2022.

📍Location: Marijampolė, Lithuania.

🏨Hotel: Hotel "Mercure Marijampolė".

🗣️Working language: English.

Participants must meet the following criteria:
      - At least 18 years old;
      - 1+ year of experience working with young people;

During the training, participants will be provided with:
       - Accommodation;
       - 3 meals per day with additional coffee/tea breaks.

💸Training is free of charge.

Travel expenses are reimbursed as follows:
      Up to €275 from Estonia;
      Up to €275 from Italy;
      Up to €20 from Lithuania.

🔶The training will develop the following topics:🔶
  1. How to recognise an emotional crisis?
  2. What are the methods to help a young person overcome an emotional crisis?
  3. How to promote a sense of self-esteem, open communication and expression of feelings in young people?
  4. How to create an environment of trust for young people?
  5. What are the means of artistic expression to work with young people in emotional crisis?
  6. How to recognise the type of emotional crisis: anxiety, stress, depression, grief, etc.?
  7. How to stay within the boundaries of the "omniscient expert" and not make the situation worse?

📜 All participants in the international training will receive YouthPass certificates.
