Between secondary school and college/university, Higher Educational Schools do assign a title, but lower than Bachelor . Colleges teach Bachelor level maximum. Secondary School is the highest school that does not assign any title to be used with the name of a graduate.

Legal status *
Public institution typically receives finances from public budgets (ministerial, regional, municipal) but is not directly controlled by the state organizations, it is independent on them. State institution receives finances and is directly controlled by a state organization (typically a ministry or municipal/regional governments). FOr example in many countries the regional insitutions set up a secondary schools, which are state by this definition but then universities are mostly public and independent (besides typically state universities as police and military academies).

Check all  answers that apply to your institution. For a regular university, typically you should check type of institutional, and programmatic accreditations, and type of degrees or diplomas offered. If you are not sure, check what you are sure about. Public means managed by local government, private means any private organization - local or foreign. Do not forget to fill in the names or abbreviations (make sure Google can find them) of all Accreditation bodies in the next field.
