Citywide Classroom Troubleshooting Form
Submit this form if you or your student is having any of the following issues with their internet connection:

1. The student was given Comcast Internet Essentials but the household is ineligible, outside of Comcast service area, or already has a residential internet service provider.
2. The student had issues with their mobile data hotspot that could not be resolved by  T-Mobile (1(844) 341-4834).
3. There are other issues with the student's internet connection.
