This form is to sign your child up to represent Petaluma American Little League in the Penngrove Light Parade on Sunday, December 18th.

We are asking that an adult walks with the player. If you are not able to, but your child's friend is walking and that friend's parent is willing to be responsible for your child, that works also. We just want to make sure all players have an adult responsible with them - this is to help ensure the safety of our players.
