2024 BBF Exhibitor Application
Boston Book Festival is delighted to open up the application portal for exhibiting at this year's festival on Saturday, October 26, 2024.  Year over year, we attract upwards of 25,000 attendees and we expect an even stronger attendance this year.  

Please note that because the Copley Green is STILL scheduled to be closed for renovation, our outdoor footprint will be on Dartmouth Street and the Plaza in front of the Boston Public Library again.  All in, we have plotted for quite a large-scale presence (music stage, food trucks, street performers) but due to size constraints, we are limiting the number of Exhibitor Booths available. 

The Boston Book Festival is a rain or shine event; you will not be refunded in the case of inclement weather.

Booth fees 

Please note all prices are for a 10ft. x 10ft covered canvas tent. Each tent comes with one 8-foot table and two folding chairs. You may bring additional furniture, or rent from us at cost. There also is an electrical hook-up option as well as food sampling privileges available for purchase.

If you are a non-profit, you must submit a copy of your 501(c)3 status certification with your payment.
