As for the cost.  First and foremost, Steve wants to be a servant in partnership with your ministry.  Although he has a set financial amount that is needed to meet his ministry budget, this amount can sometimes be adjusted, based on the individual concert situation, whether it will qualify as a World Vision sponsored event, and through creative booking scenarios.  Steve's objective is to cover his ministry operating expenses, while doing his best to fit within your budget.
