Hello! Thank you for your interest in FemPhys and IQC's online mentoring event. Here is a short form to help facilitate access to our event and help us gauge participation. Please fill out your information below in order to get the access to link for the day of the event (Wednesday, March 3rd at 6 pm EST).

This is a free event and there will be no deadline for registration. We'll be using Zoom and Sidebar which will allow participants to pick and choose what room they want to enter.  I hope to see you there :))
