Clydesdale Village 2024/2025 Membership
As part of preparations for the AGM, eligible members must register and and pay their annual fees (R300) prior to the meeting. For ease of registration we have provided an online membership form.
To register (if you have not done so as yet) please fill out the form and pay the annual fees by the 19th of March 2024. We thank you for cooperation and participation in supporting Clydesdale.

Annual Fee payments:
 - Standard Bank, Account No: 013433792, Hatfield Branch No: 1545
 - Please use your surname and street address as the payment reference

The information captured by this form will be used for the following purposes:
   1. provides a basis for an attendance list and membership status
   2. verify or update our contact database with your details
   3. circulate information to the community for your participation and action

The CVA will not disclose, sell or use your personal information in any  way to compromise your safety, security and privacy.
