Norfolk Fair Market  - 2024 Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in the Norfolk Fair Market (an expanded version of the former Flavourfest) running from Tuesday, October 8 through Monday, October 14, 2024.  

While there is no booth fee for vendors to participate in this market, a $25 Administration fee will be required to secure your space.  This administration fee will be returned to participating vendors as part of the event payout process. 

A 25% commission will be taken on each sale. Please fill out the following as completely as possible and we will be in touch soon.

For 2024, the display area will consist of ONE (1) 8’ skirted table.  The approximate size of the display is 8ft frontage and 30 inches in depth.  This remains flexible to your needs if additional table space is required for your display, however this must be confirmed in advance with the vendor coordinator.

Vendors may provide their own display elements. This might include a brochure rack, shelf unit, cooler display, or other decorative items, etc.  Please list any special requirements for your display that should be considered. Please make sure you are able to have enough stock on-hand for a 7-day event.  

All Vendors are required to set up their own display of products. Norfolk County Fair will provide the cashier service and qualified personnel to look after all sales.  Vendors will be responsible for making sure each product is clearly identified with the vendor name/vendor number and clearly priced, incl. taxes if applicable.

While it is in no way mandatory for you to be present in the market during the seven days of the fair, it is recommended that a representative be present at least a portion of the time.  Will you be available at certain times during the event to answer questions, provide sample products, etc?
