Please help us understand your display requirements so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note, the majority of the exhibitors will be inside the tipi which has angled sides so taller displays may not fit unless we are aware beforehand.

Upon receipt of this completed Booking Form, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your place. You will receive this via email and SMS. A deposit payment of £40 is due within 48 hours of receiving this email and SMS to reserve your place.

Please book the correct space required, additional space will be at an additional cost.

In case of cancellation by you the Exhibitor, there will be no refund of deposit(s) paid, however in certain circumstances and at the discretion of the Organiser; we may move your deposit to another fayre.

In the unlikely event that Inclusive Events UK, have to cancel a fayre – any monies paid will be transferred on your behalf to another fayre. Please read the full Terms & Conditions before proceeding, by submitting your booking form you are agreeing to our full Terms and Conditions

Inclusive Events was born out of the desire to give the wedding industry something to challenge the heteronormative defaults that it currently provides.

We want couples to feel confident in the suppliers they choose, that they are there to support the couple in the wedding planning journey and feel comfortable to be themselves around them.
