Please submit new user training request(s) for one or more staff members at your agency. All new Clarity licenses require agency admin approval. We will email trainees the training information the day before the registered training date and before close of business. HMIS new user training is completed online and is self-paced. Trainees have two weeks to complete all training requirements.
