Men and Women: Will you serve as a Parade Marshal? *
Parade Marshals will be responsible for keeping the pilgrimage orderly, directing foot traffic at intersections, etc. You will be provided a high-visibility vest. Please arrive by 9:45 a.m. at St. Thomas More.

Marshals will be able to either sing in the schola or serve at the altar at Mass, provided that they are qualified and so choose.
Men and Women: Will you help set up tables and water at either end of the pilgrimage? *
Setup volunteers will need to arrive by 9:15 a.m. to help set up at St. Thomas More, or 12:15 p.m. to help set up at St. Matthew. Volunteers will also be asked to help distribute water and snacks, and on the St. Thomas More side, prayer cards (individual cards will be given away, bulk packs will be sold as a fundraiser).
Men and Women: Will you sing in the schola at Mass? *
Basic familiarity with Gregorian chant and at least light experience singing in a schola are required for this role. You do not need virtuosic skill or an extraordinary voice. Singers will be expected to attend one rehearsal prior to the day of the pilgrimage, at a mutually convenient time. (And it goes without saying, it is not possible to both sing in the schola and serve at the altar; cf. the next question.)

Additionally, singers in the schola will be asked to help lead the group in the singing of hymns during the pilgrimage itself. These hymns will be included in rehearsal.
Men: Will you serve the Mass? *
Prior training in and familiarity with serving the traditional Roman Rite of Mass is required for this role. Servers will be expected to attend one rehearsal prior to the day of the pilgrimage, at a mutually convenient time. (And it goes without saying, it is not possible to both sing in the schola and serve at the altar; cf. the previous question.)
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
