Event Information
Our first five years of Wicked Bizarre were a huge success. We have grown so much that we are excited to announce that we will be moving to the Wayne County Fairgrounds!    This will enable us to keep growing and perfecting our event!  We thank you for your interest in becoming a food truck vendor or entertainer.  Here is some important information to review about this year's event. As always, if you have any questions about the event, please feel free to contact us via email.

*We anticipate having over 200 vendors in attendance and will have vendors placed both inside and outside the building in the parking lot and lawn.

*We have 4 plug in spaces with additional lawn spaces for food trucks.

*Entertainers will be placed depending on type of entertainment.

*We will be open to the public from 10 am until 5 pm on Saturday, September 7th .  We ask all vendors to be open promptly at 10 and to remain open until 5 pm.

*Set-up will begin at 6:30am.  We ask that our food trucks be open for business from 10am to 5 pm.

*Food trucks need to be licensed through the State of Michigan.

*THERE WILL BE NO COST FOR FOOD TRUCKS OR ENTERTAINERS TO ATTEND! We will ask for a 100.00 deposit from food trucks that will be refunded to you by the end of the show the day of the event.

Vendor Contract
WHEREAS, Wicked Bizarre and its sponsors are in the business of providing a family friendly entertainment gathering catering to the customers of any Halloween or Horror related merchandise.

WHEREAS, the parties desire to establish an arrangement under which Wicked Bizarre provides an exhibitor space in accordance with terms set forth in this agreement.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows:

1. Scope of services
a. All vendor spots must be manned at all times during the show hours set forth above. b. All vendor spots agree to maintain booth until end-of-show.
c. Vendors must request access to outlets in advance. All vendors are responsible for providing any extension cords or power adapters needed for their setup.
d. If any vendor has special requirements, including but not limited to large display racks, easels, stand-ups, etc. A Wicked Bizarre representative must approve at the time of booking.
e. Vendors may not hang anything on the walls in their area, with proper consideration given to your fellow vendors.
2. Warranties
a. All vendors agree to hold blameless Wicked Bizarre staff members, workers, and Newburg United Methodist Church staff members, workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors participation in the Wicked Bizarre weekend event.
b. In addition, all vendors acknowledge that Wicked Bizarre and all Wicked Bizarre staff members, workers, will not provide insurance coverage for vendors persons or property, and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss.
c. Wicked Bizarre in no way endorses vendors merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Wicked Bizarre. Vendors do not represent Wicked Bizarre in any way.
d. All merchandise bought or sold at Wicked Bizarre is done strictly between vendors and attendees/buyers. Wicked Bizarre are not party to or responsible in any way for any transactions made between said parties.
e. No bootleg (DVDs), weapons (lethal or non-lethal), pornography, illegal, stolen or copyright infringed merchandise is allowed. Vendor agrees to hold Wicked Bizarre and its members harmless for such items which violate this agreement. Violation of this may result in vendor being asked to leave and there will be no refunds on vendor space purchase. Wicked Bizarre reserves the right to decide what is appropriate/inappropriate material.
f. Each vendor is responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes required by law to be owed based on your individual dealings during the event.
g. No vendor spot location is guaranteed. It is the sole discretion of Wicked Bizarre staff to decide the location for each vendor spot.
