2021 Cyclone Solo Percussion Competition Registration Form

Because of safety concerns stemming from the pandemic, the 2021 Cyclone Solo Percussion Competition will take place digitally.

This registration form is due on or before Friday, February 19, 2021. Video submissions are due by midnight on Sunday, February 28. Soloists who have submitted the registration form by the deadline will receive a Google Drive link to upload their video submissions via the email address provided on this form.

Soloists may only submit one entry per category. A soloist may choose to submit entries for both categories (A separate registration from and fee will be required for each).

$15 Registration Fee:
Do not make payment now. The ISU Accounts Receivable Office will mail you a monthly billing statement using the name and address provided. Please submit payment upon receipt of the statement. Your completed registration form will serve as your authorization for Iowa State University to bill you.
