This form is for any club or organization that wishes to enter the lottery for the Homecoming Tailgate on Friday, September 16, 2022, at this year's homecoming football game/parade.
1.) Each entry is $50 and each club/organization is allowed one entry into the raffle. If your high school organization has different levels (F/JV/V) you may enter one for each, but the cost is $50 per entry and you will ONLY be given the option to have a 2nd tent if there are enough open spots.
2.) Each entry will be put into a drawing. We will then draw each club/organization one by one and ASSIGNED A specific spot BASED ON THE INFORMAATION IN THE NOTES SECTION OF THIS FORM, whenever their entry is drawn.
3.) The day of homecoming parade, we will mark off the spots using spray paint and number them so everyone knows their location. You will NOT be able to begin setting up for the tailgate until 3:45 pm.
4.) You must send in payment immediately, and if we have not received payment the day of the lottery, your group will be skipped over.
5.) Registration and Payment are DUE Friday, September 16, 2022 we will begin the drawings on the morning of Thursday, September 22, 2022.
6.) Since this is a high school sponsored activity we remind you that this is an alcohol and tobacco free campus. By participating in this activity you are agreeing to follow these rules and your tailgate is subject to search. If alcohol is discovered the group/organization will not be allowed to participate in the tailgate the following year.
