Community Day Volunteer Sign Up Form - Saturday, July 20, 2024
Thank you for your interest to serve during FLC's Community Day! It is a blessed time to open our church and hearts to the community. The event will be held on Saturday, July 20th. 

Complete one form per person. Please kindly complete the form as best as possible. You will be contacted closer to the date to confirm availability and placement. Further details will be provided and there will be opportunities to make adjustments if needed. To participate in serving during Community Day, volunteers need to be a minimum of 12 years old and attends FLC or is referred by someone who attends FLC.
