As Cross-Country athletes, most of you will continue training on for track and field season in the spring. However, there will be some changes made to the zero period roster at the semester break, & the track and field program currently has separate training groups for Mid Distance & Distance athletes. *Selecting Mid-Distance* will result in removal from zero period roster (you can look into PE Exemption Form for credit).
